Equilib and Asthma

Overview

In return for doing a short toll free confidential intake interview and filling in a simple Asthma symptom chart daily, most applicants (age 3 - 70 yrs) will qualify to receive all materials and product at no charge for at least eight weeks. All ingredients are natural source or bio identical. Participants requiring medications remain on current meds until their physicians may reduce them due to improving or eliminated symptoms. Those with co occurring mood disorders, ADHD or autism usually qualify and will in addition complete simple confidential symptom charts for those conditions.
